recently undergone complete refurbishment to a high standard and is double
glazed and heated throughout.

Kings Arms is a very agreeable village public house and offers
an extensive menu and wine list and is only a minutes walk away. The
lanes surrounding the village are designated as byways and the area is a paradise for

historic market towns of Oakham and Uppingham are only a few minutes away
and Rutland Water is within walking or cycling distance. Peterborough,
Leicester, Nottingham and Grantham are all within easy reach.
Rutland Water is a major attraction and the largest man made
lake in Western Europe. It is renowned for its wealth of leisure and
sporting opportunities in addition to a wildlife conservation programme, including an
Osprey breeding project. Rutland Water, with its sailing club, fishing lodge and cycle hire shops is

HOW TO FIND US: From the A47 take the Oakham Road from the
roundabout outside of Uppingham. After two miles turn right signposted Wing
and Morcott. After two miles turn right and follow the road
to enter Wing village. Pass the Kings Arms on your right (resisting the
urge to stop at this stage) and turn left into Church Street. After fifty
yards turn left up a slope into The Jetty and proceed to the end entering
the drive of no. 9 The Jetty.
