designated as byways and the area is a paradise for walkers and

The historic
market towns of Oakham and Uppingham and Stamford are only a few minutes
away and Rutland Water is within walking or cycling distance.
Peterborough, Leicester, Grantham and Nottingham are all within easy reach.
Rutland Water is a major attraction and the largest
man made lake in Western Europe. It is renowned for its wealth of leisure
and sporting opportunities in addition to a wildlife conservation

HOW TO FIND US: From the A47 take the Oakham Road from the
roundabout outside of Uppingham. After two miles turn right signposted Wing
and Morcott. After two miles turn right and follow the road
to enter Wing village. Pass the Kings Arms on your right (resisting the
urge to stop at this stage) and turn left into Church Street. After fifty
yards turn left up a slope into The Jetty and proceed to the end entering
the drive of no. 9 The Jetty.
